Custom Implementation

Our highest level of implementation services, the Custom package is designed for organizations with complex requirements that may include face-to-face interaction and multiple integrations.  With this approach we provide an initial estimate of the effort required and then charge you on a time and material basis using agreed rates. 

Fixed Scope FastTrack approach

The Exelsys Fixed Scope FastTrack package includes a dedicated project manager who will guide you through the phases of your implementation, and help you with configuration, setup, training and integration with an existing application. With the FastTrack we will quickly deliver to you a system configured according to best practice and then fine tune it to your requirements. We estimate the effort required based on the modules that will be implemented and the complexity of your organisation and commit to an agreed fixed fee within this scope.

Do it yourself guided implementation

This package is designed for organisations who have the necessary internal resources and expertise and want to undertake the implementation on their own. With this package we provide you with live, one-one-one on-line training with an experienced consultant. The assigned consultant also acts as a project manager who will guide you through the five phases of your implementation and help you with configuration,  setup, and integration with an existing application.

Exelsys Five Step Implementation Process

An increasing number of companies are looking for enterprise-ready, functionally rich business solutions to help them expand into new markets. The choice of business solutions and supplier is critical to the success of your business. You will want to avoid committing your limited resources to a solution which does not have the flexibility to adapt to your changing business environment. Nor will you want to invest in a solution which could prove to require long and costly implementation or a hefty upfront licence cost.

Requirements analysis

In the Analysis Phase of the project we complete a review of client business processes and system requirements by carrying out an online or on-site workshop during which we walk you through the various processes of the system and discuss with you how these apply to your company. Notes are taken related to differences that you may have regarding the standard setup and how any possible gaps can be addressed.

In the Configuration and setup Phase the system will be configured to your requirements as per the Analysis of Requirements Phase

In the Pilot Testing phase, the client key users will be trained on the use of the system and will undertake to execute the testing scenarios feedback. Users will use the testing environment server to carry out their testing. The system will be set up as will be implemented in the production environment and using agreed scenarios and workflows, the users will test the system.

In the Go Live Phase, the systems are fully implemented and all user training is completed. The Client starts using the system for everyday processes.

The Exelsys subscription service fee includes upgrades to the software and support for reporting issues through the electronic Support Tickest system. If any additional On-Going support is required after the implementation and training phases it can be provided, if required through a separate SLA with an Exelsys Consulting Services partner. With On-going support services we ensure that your business objectives are achieved, implemented features & functions are understood, and users are properly trained.
